Not to recommend, no matter what, rather go to the competition or buy it on the Internet, they are friendlier and know what you are doing !!!!!
I CAN'T understand any of the negative comments! We have only had the very best experience and have done so for almost 20 years - even if you "only" need a repair! These companies can not do magic either and if there is always a customer, it is probably hard to leave them in the shop or ??? Then of course you don't get to repair as quickly as you would like - customers simply need a little sensitivity and understanding !!! 5 stars, if there were 10 we would give it !!! Always my pleasure !!!
Not recommendable!
I just wanted to have a new cassette / chain installed. I had to stop by the shop 7 times! Every reputable dealer would have max. 30 minutes done.
Afterwards my gear shift was adjusted, the chain was grinding everywhere. They wanted to convince me that this was normal. The handlebar tape torn. They wanted to bill the cassette twice.
In the end I had to go to another bike dealer who knows his trade.
The seller is very unfriendly and does not know about wheels.
Absolute disaster ....
Was there a few weeks ago, just to have the battery replaced by the speedometer. professional saleswoman there who doesn't feel like taking up work ...
She has no time ... to change a battery? 😂
Today I came and tried again.
Today it could not be changed because the suitable battery was not there .... Standard battery .... 🙄
Sad but true.
I drove to the competition (Bikehaisl) and was totally thrilled by this good service. And very friendly. It should be so. 💪
