Best help service during a bike tour towards Landshut. Immediate repair of the ebike within half an hour. On this hot day we were allowed to wait on the shady (private) terrace and were even given a cool, non-alcoholic wheat beer! Excellent! Thank you very much!

I bought an Elite Smart-Trainer from Bike-World Baier "in transit". Unfortunately the part had a technical defect and had to be repaired. Since I live a few hundred kilometers away, the only option was to use the post. Despite Corona, the team really took care of the service first class and always kept in touch with me by phone. THAT'S 1A SERVICE !! I also received impeccable advice on site when I bought it. I can only recommend everyone who comes from the corner to buy local at Baier's!
