Very friendly shop assistants and great professional advice from the boss personally. Here you can feel really well advised. The appointment by telephone for the inspection of my bike was short-term and unproblematic. I handed in the bike at the agreed time and was able to pick it up again as agreed in advance. The mechanic was also very friendly and technically very competent. I can only recommend the shop to everyone.

When we wanted to keep our appointment 14 days earlier, we were instructed in a very unfriendly way that we either left our bike or had to wait at least 2 1/2 hours. When we didn't want to, Zenker referred us to his shop. Once the call is ruined, it is completely uninhibited. If you want to avoid cheek, avoid this business !!!!
