My unreserved recommendation ... The service offered here is unparalleled in the area! Why? At the beginning of the Corona period, I wanted to buy a high-quality bike. Since I was in quarantine at the time, I was not allowed to leave the house. I knew which bike I wanted ... only this bike had to be delivered. Mega Bike Neumünster was the only shop that wanted to deliver the bike to me, even on the same day !! But that's not all, the bike was available in two frame sizes, of course I ordered the big one. This bike was delivered, I didn't come up ... don't worry, don't worry, we'll deliver the other bike to you. Very friendly, not annoyed and completely uncomplicated! So the bike was exchanged on our doorstep within 30 minutes. At the beginning of September I decided on a pedelec ... with easy access because you learn something and don't get any younger. Here, too, top advice, friendly, patient and very competent. A minor repair was due. Since you didn't know whether spare parts were needed, you picked up the bike and brought it back repaired - the same day. My personal opinion is that - at least in my case - it really doesn't get any better. If there were 10 stars to be awarded ... I would without a doubt give this to Mega Bike Neumünster. 😉👍 Many thanks to the team in NMS

BAD SERVICE Everything was okay with the purchase, but when we came back 2 weeks later because the chain had already broken, we got sloppy answers from the same seller. Because we live a little further away and wanted to take the same bike back with us, we called beforehand and were asked to come 2 days later and first thing in the morning when the workshop opened ... when asked when the bike was ready, the answer was " yes yes, we still have other repairs and the colleague has to finish his coffee ”. 2 hours later we were able to pick up the bike ... the chain had been replaced ... nothing more ... and when we said goodbye we were told "The rear wheel is mounted in the wrong direction" and we corrected that ourselves at home. Never again mega bikes in Neumünster !!!

Unfortunately, I have to breathe a bit because there is no reaction in other ways: The shops seem to be quite good and competent, but applications for the vacancies posted by Megabike are apparently completely ignored. Even after several inquiries about the status of the application, absolutely no response (only the branch in Neumünster responded and unfortunately canceled it for the location). Why is a special email address given for applications if you still don't get an answer after several months? I find this from the head office / HR department to be very rude to applicants. Even a rejection would be more polite than no answer at all! And if no lateral entrants are desired, then please leave this out of the job advertisements.

Despite the local certificate of the store, you are expelled, I don't know what comes up with a certificate. I feel discriminated against.

Good bike shop, friendly and competent staff. Unfortunately very overloaded with repairs but they are simply good and reasonably priced. One star less since most bike brands are not mine 🤷
