You can't actually rate the Radl Sepp. It defies categorization. He is the friendliest and most helpful bike dealer far and wide by phone, not easy to reach or not at all. Every visit to his small shop is an event - always educational and of great entertainment value! And I'm always amazed at what he has in store. If something is missing, it can be reordered quickly and easily. Once I ordered the wrong part - my mistake. Nevertheless he took it back without grumbling and gave me the money back.
