Best service, more is not possible
I'm super satisfied. A few weeks ago my partner and I bought bicycles from Radsport Pfeiffer. After a few tours, the chain burst and damaged the rear gear shift. So back there and it was repaired without any problems at no cost. After a few hours I was able to pick up the bike again. Service and advice are very important there. We will be back!
A really good advice with measurement for the right size in one of the few shops that still sells a lot of clothing and shoes that is not there or special requests are tried to be ordered. I liked winter things like warm skullcaps. And here you can still try them on. Changing room is available. All the best branded items at the RRP price. But where else can you try them on? Nowhere, it's essential if it is to fit properly.
Kudos to Radsport Pfeiffer. It was really busy and despite everything, all the staff were extremely friendly. After a quick check, the bike could be taken with you. Clear, understandable and great advice and great service. We would love to come back. 👍
Very good competent advice. Despite the slight overcrowding in the shop, you take the time the customer needs for each customer.
