Went there twice for free: 1. Shop closed due to an internal event, no reference to website or color. 2. No consultation without an appointment, although 2 employees and 0 customers were present, no reference to this on the website. You can't even look at the bike because it is not in the shop, although it is displayed in stock. Pity!
Cool operator. I had a flat tire and it happened to be in the store even though it was already done. Then gave me a hose.

I recently bought a racing bike in the Fahrbar. The advice and the shop were great. The multiple test drives with different models were also positive. Measured saddles can also be tested for a few weeks and replaced if necessary. Always my pleasure. Unreserved recommendation for the mobile team.
