This court has nothing to do with human rights !!!! The judges there don't know any laws and are very unprofessional. Germany is a constitutional state, but I think that these judges have never heard of rights. If I could, I wouldn't even give it a star, but security and the other staff at the information desk are polite and nice.

Germany is well known on the subject of the digital state as a developing country. But that it is not possible to reach someone within the office hours or to leave a callback request is foreign to the world. In the current COVID-19 period we are extremely busy and cannot afford to call 30 times to explain our concerns to someone.

Very unfriendly and arrogant staff. Had my experience there because of a succession. On the phone you are literally strangled. Even if you are under stress you should take the time to educate people and stay friendly. Not all know themselves with inheritance law as you!
