Super awesome place. The staff was really helpful in trying to fix my bike gears and adjust my seat after my bike trip from Amsterdam thus far. Mike was especially helpful in lending a hand and helping me understand the problem I had with my bike. Huge variety in bike equipment but most importantly great service.
These chaps are excellent. I needed a replacement belt for gates carbon drive and they managed to source one and fit it in just over 24 hours. Respect!

We were professionally advised with all problems, the repairs were always in order and the appointments worked.
Unfortunately, I have to say that there is a little lack of general friendliness. You're used to grumpy North German, but at some point it's also good. The guys in the workshop make every effort, you don't always have the feeling of being welcome at the counter. Maybe the men's team is stewing too much in their own juice ...
Mega brilliant advice, got enough time to think it over and then - to the amazement of one colleague "he wanted to think about it" - a decision was made relatively quickly. ;-) Great explanation of the process, in the case of a guarantee and when maintenance is required. To be recommended without reservation! Keep up the good work boys & girls and stay healthy!
