Service mechanic is unable to order a shifter adapter...sad for such a nice bike shop.
Great service and good advice, first attempts are made to counter problems with simple and appropriate means and not to sell everything immediately as new / replacement parts. Even simple (cheap) bicycles are treated with great care. I only had a hose changed, and then even the 8 was gone at no extra charge (maybe coincidence, but still very positive 😁). Price-performance ratio for repairs is great!
Wide range of good service. The opportunities for test drives could be a little better. Especially in bad weather.
I decided at short notice to buy a new bike, now an e-bike, and the Little John Bikes team gave me really good advice. After what felt like 10 test rides on different bikes, the employee patiently and very friendly waited for my decision, which was made the next day after another test ride :-) I am very satisfied, also with the service afterwards, and would be happy to recommend Little John Bikes to others .
I had to go to express repairs on my e-bike. Everything worked out great, so that we could continue our cycling holiday. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much.
