BIKE Market GmbH (Rostock-Schutow)

I went there with my husband, mother in law and my baby to buy a child seat for a bicycle today at noon. We had good experience with the Male sales person who even spoke English to answer my questions as I do not speak German. However, at the cash register, I came across a very horrible and racist woman. As we stood in line; I saw a tool on the desk at the cash register, which I took and was showing it to my husband. Even as I was showing it to my husband and asking what it was for, the cashier woman, without uttering a word just grabbed it from my hands and threw it under her desk. I was shocked, humiliated and appalled by her behaviour. Never have I been treated in such fashion in any other shop in the world. I do not know what had set her off, and I can't think of anything except that I am Indian and this was a racist person's behaviour. She could have politely asked me to return it and I would have done so. To just grab from my hand without uttering a word before or after was just unbelievably rude! I am never going back to this place ever again. Update: Thank you for your apologies and reply. I had no option to reply to your response hence updating my original review. First of all I had the tool in my hand and was talking to my husband but to claim I was cutting his beard is an outrageous lie. I am a 30 year old woman with a baby. I am not a kid! If safety was really her concern she should have still used words. Not just grab the tool from my hand and throw it with rage under her table. You can check your cameras in your cash counter if you want to cross verify. I do not accept her conditional apology. A bad day for her is not a reason to ruin someone else's day which she did! Even if you claim it wasn't racism, it was still super rude and a humiliating experience.

Very nice market, i came from poland. The trip to Rostock was very successful. We were welcomed very lovely. After only a few seconds we decided to buy two bikes, because we got very loveful help and advices. In the End we bought 2 very good bikes and we are very happy with the bikes. Good Quality, good Consulting, lovely personal helped us and very nice atmosphere.

I was advised very well and in detail by Mr Danny Döhler. All of my questions were answered competently and in detail without the feeling that I necessarily had to buy. Time was taken and everything was explained perfectly. Compared to other bicycle sales talks with competitors, I was totally enthusiastic about Mr. Döhler. Quickly pass by by bike to repair the lighting. This then became the first review. Everything was done quickly and I was able to take my bike with me again. Great customer service.

very good advice and good prices Now I had the bike in service and was super satisfied, even if you have to wait a bit for the acceptance, my bike was ready 4 days before the appointment, really great!
