Here too one seems to be legal basically to look away from it. There will be no laws for a solution wanted, but the best paying wins. 2 cases ... and in both cases with multiple reports, the perpetrators are winning and, roughly speaking, get away with it. The perpetrators hit for years and get away with it for years despite reports and applications to the court. Now the damage has occurred and the officials were shocked. This is also increasingly the case in the Rostock legal sector. The act worked and will not be punished !? This is called judicial freedom ..... The point of view of the "judge" underpinned by laws.

Rude staff. If you get through by phone, you're in the wrong room. In the other room it rings in vain. This is pure ignorance. If there are office hours, then I also have to answer the phone. If everyone worked like this !!!!! Poor Germany.

Unfriendly ... No information ... It's like running into the wall for a long time. The judge, laughing in an unfriendly way, gave her judgment before the meeting / the date. Has already rejected the procedural cost assistance in advance without a letter without any information ... Looked like a personal approach. Unprofessional, presumptuous I will file a complaint against the judge.

7 hours drive for about 10-15 min negotiation. Another witness, like myself, was not even allowed to speak. So we were there for free. The case was not even 'spoken' to one of us. Nobody had the chance to tell their own story and views, not even the accused and the applicant. The plaintiff was even exchanged with me as a witness, which the judge probably only noticed at the end. Embarrassing! A verdict was passed without evidence and, in my opinion, extortion made the trial short, succinct, uncomplicated and not lawful.

I have been trying to reach someone there over the phone in vain for hours. At some point it will be busy for a few minutes, probably because someone has put the receiver down next to it so that my annoying ringing stops. Regardless of whether it is an extension or a main number - in my eyes, that borders on refusal to work. I would like to go in there and tear off all the phones with the remark: "You won't answer anyway, so you don't need them either." ... I'm going to call Schwerin and complain about this lazy, armchair-fooling lounger. I think they need a bit of resentment from above.
