Very unusual business practices, insulting on the phone. The only one where you can quickly get an appointment ... afterwards you know why. If it should be quick and dubious, the right partner is. This anti-recommendation is based on my experience with this office ... in my case, a certification date can only be paid in cash on the date ... I didn't want that, after which contract negotiations were interrupted and the invoice was completed.

Unfortunately I have to give a star, actually this notary did not deserve a star with these machinations. Despite the agreement of fictitious sums to create a draft contract, these were used as the basis for the calculation. This resulted in twice the cost. After checking the invoice, it turned out that 1/3 of the fictitious figures should not have been included in them. So if someone is looking for a reputable and trustworthy notary, he is better advised to keep looking!
