In contrast to the wooden harbor crane of the Hanseatic era, which is further to the east, there is already an enormous development in handling. Well suited as a meeting point during the Hansesail. However, the subsurface sags a bit here too. One wonders whether deepening the warnow makes sense for larger ships. Because somewhere with dredging is over with funny. Most recently, the Bummms Boys, Røstdøcs and a Rostock hip-hop band played there on 20 September 2019 for the climate strike day on this site. Great thing simply said.

Imposing, but only cranes ... The cranes at the port are impressive, but only machines that are at the port. You can see it when you are there, but nothing more ... Better to go a few meters further to the "Rost-Dock", drink a cold beer, enjoy the sun and the wind.
