MEGA Bike - Flensburg

Hi all, I wouldn't recommend this bike shop at all except one young staff member who was very polite. I live and study in this beautiful town and never have I encountered such bad customer service, perhaps the worst that I have encountered in general. I visited this bike shop after doing some research on the ones in town, found it impressive and found a decent bike, for which I went the day after after withdrawing checking my bank account balance. Not only did they keep talking to the other customers, but showed no signs of apology after the shop had closed as I waited. I returned as I liked the bike quite a bit and after waiting around as the shop owner continued to talk over the phone, I was shown some bikes all of which weren't my type and I was told the one that I like is too high although I have been riding s similar sized bike last year. "I wouldn't see it to you" - great customer service. Please serve others well in the future.

We had a good experience at Mega Bike. Thommy was very helpful with showing us the parts we needed and helping us fix our tire. I would recommend their services!

Very good service. Exelent advice and extremely nice and skilled people. Cannot say this enough. Shops like this is hard to find.

I try to understand how an inspection including a new chain, sprocket and pinion (material price according to employee 46 €) 249 € !!!! can cost ??? All work was done in 2 hours, but the price is excessively excessive! There are car workshops that take lower hourly rates! But based on the experience, I'll buy the next two bikes somewhere else in 1.5 years. CONGRATULATIONS ON SO MUCH FORESIGHTING! Is it at all still possible not to fall victim to the greed of others somewhere ???.?
