I paid 60 euro to get a new tire. They broke my gears and then told me that it was my own fault. After a long diskussion i was thrown out of the store. Thanks for breaking my bike!

Unfortunately, very bad experience and I cannot recommend it. What bothers me the most was the unfriendliness of the branch manager.

Large selection and good advice when buying a helmet.

Because we did not pick up the bike in time and apologized over the phone and asked for understanding that we would pick it up in a few days, we were personally treated badly on the phone by the boss and threatened that she would put the bike back on sale .Sorry but that's not at all and not recommendable for the future! As another reviewer has already said, frustrated boss! Better to buy from elsewhere and not at EldoRado, especially if you buy a bike with warranty and the warranty in Would have to use the future at bicycle dealers. Dealing with customers is just rude, never again!

For almost 2 years I have been riding my E: Dorado i: sy bike with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, I had a bike accident during the Corona period and even then the Eldorado team was immediately available. Advice and support were always excellent. Thank you!
