I think sources in general rarely offer a spectacular picture. The source of the small, approx. 60 km long Nette Bach, is not a visual highlight either. After about 500 m it arrives in the village of Lederbach, where it is dammed into a basin or large pond. The Nette flows from here, meandering through the Eifel until it flows into the Rhine at Weißenthurm. The first km of the stream are actually just a small trickle. Small side streams turn the Nette into a "real" stream at some point.
