On my way through I had technical problems with the bike and asked for help here. As a bicycle traveler, I was immediately helped. "Bicycle travelers have priority with us" it said. Really great, after 20 minutes I was able to continue. Excellent! We recommend. Competent family business. Very big praise !!!

I stopped by during a long road bike tour because unfortunately my saddle was completely unsuitable for me, including pain. Got a great saddle plus assembly and competent advice. A problem with the bike computer was also quickly solved. Very, very nice, careful and, above all, really professional!

I wanted to get advice on an Ebike as a job bike, but they didn't really respond to my wishes here, and they really didn't take the time here either. The consultation was constantly interrupted by private conversations. After they couldn't show me a corresponding e-bike, I didn't get any other contact points where I could try. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional to me, I am now at another store and feel much more comfortable there. Apparently you don't want to earn any money on job bikes / ebikes here 🤷🏻‍♀️

Once and never again. I had brought my e-bike for inspection. Mind you, by prior appointment. After 3 (!) Days I asked when the bike was ready. The fitter was working on the brakes. Cost 96, - € for the brakes. Nothing to see of an inspection on the whole bike. Gear shift not adjusted, chain not cleaned or greased and not a single screw tightened. The work was done just as scruffy as the shop looks. I am served.
