Was there with my Rivero scooter, at the beginning because of a simple inspection on warranty performance. From then on, the problems started, oil ran out, allegedly had to be replaced the shock absorber, because he was "bagged" in the workshop (the scooter was just a year at this time), I also imagine that since the throttling as well pulls stronger (the scooter drove before the inspection over 60 km / h, now he manages with 55 and 55), two more visits to the workshop broke in relation to the oil leak no improvement.
Finally, I drove him to Neustadt to the dealer where I bought him. On the way there, the engine suddenly switched off and the thing smoked as if it were about to go up in flames.
In Neustadt turned out then, that the statement, by the shock absorber was the scooter bagged, absolute nonsense, also had Mr. Kern disconnected me at the first inspection, the oil hose, so ran out of oil and the emergency shutdown on the way to Neustadt.
If he is not a fan of Rivero, as he said, he would like to terminate the contracts with Rivero, but not at the expense of the customer his discomfort.
What I also have to credit him is that he drove me to the train station and is a personable person. Too bad that his work on my scooter destroyed this positive impression.
