Am thrilled. I left the front wheel of my son's bike there to exchange the hose. Bike picked up the same day, everything was great and the price is really fair. In addition, a local dealer who is happy to support. And he was nice too. I can really only recommend it!

Unbelievably bad service. Short and disinterested. When I asked if he also picks up bikes, came a tight "no". I told Mr Braun that the bike is not fit to drive. He said that I should just carry it to him ... Without words.

All good. No reason to complain. Times were respected. Very good price-performance ratio.

Competent advice, fair price, fast service. What can be repaired will be repaired.
