Biblis' einzige Fußgängerampel

Of all the pedestrian lights of the Biblis district Wattenheim this is my favorite. In particular, the lemon yellow color of the middle color circle, which on average only briefly flashes every 278 seconds, refreshes my soul. If you are on holiday on the mountain road, you should plan at least one day to admire this artistic metal masterpiece of the state of Hesse in all its glory. On the way from Biblis to Bürstadt I like to take a detour via Wattenheim, as this traffic light awakens countless wonderful memories, which should not be neglected, because who knows how long it will last? I would not like to imagine how monotonous my life would be if this traffic light were dismantled. Already through these lines I am moved to tears. It touches me deeply to see how this traffic light opens daily the door to the inhabitants of this city from one side of the street to the other. On such a busy street, any traffic-free crossing of the main road would be an act of extreme self-endangerment. I just have to say thank you. Thanks to all who made this safety construction possible. And very special thanks to all who have supported this building so energetically financially. Thanks also to the construction workers. Without you it would never have come this far. In the wind and weather sets their traffic lights on and thus ensures safety, security and color schemes.
