Nice shop. Quaint. Nice owner. Unfortunately, they don't do anything with e-bikes. Not even a taillight. As if the dynamo was different than it used to be. It's a shame, I would have liked to support the store.

The owner has changed the tube bike. then noticed that the changed wheel squeaked from behind. Then I went to him and told him that something was wrong, then he said: yes, your bike is old anyway, what should you expect from such an old bike! I've never heard such nonsense before in my life .. my bike is old .. very old so .. but it didn't quit the day before !!! the only problem was with the tube and that was changed otherwise everything is great with the bike. the problem just didn't exist until he changed the hose .. so it is assumed that he was not doing his job properly. He was also completely annoyed, although he didn't do the (bad work) for free .. he asked for 22 euros, so it wasn't that cheap! therefore, as a customer, I expect the gentleman not to repair something on the one hand and break something on the other! i am not an expert but the fact is that he did the job poorly.

I consciously decided against a large discounter and chose this small craft business. The repair of the brake lasted only two days, an accident could only be prevented by a risky steering maneuver that caused considerable pain. Then the chain broke (no part of the repair) and instead of replacing it within a few minutes, I was offered another appointment 3 weeks later. Owner is inconsiderate, inflexible and obviously not interested in correcting his mistakes. I have never been wrested so badly by a service provider. Never again!!! I would rather give my money to a company that appreciates reliable customers.

Super shop .... You get small things and are still served in a friendly way .... You can only recommend it !!!!!!!
