Very friendly and competent.

Have 2 bikes repaired at a cost of € 290 each. At the first gears back and front and chain changed. When picking up new strange noises. At first that was normal from his point of view. Should then certain gears not drive at all ... which should not be the point of a repair. Then the new chain broke on the first day. Chain was renewed after much discussion. I asked to look for the noise. Suddenly the rear wheel had to be replaced because the ball bearings were broken. He had screwed around beforehand. And suddenly claims that this is where the noises came from. Always protection claims. Still brought the 2nd bike. Rear wheel replaced, chain renewed and a brake set. Bike picked up. The cover of the repaired brake falls off on the first bike and the brake fluid ran out. When complaining, Mr. Seyss claims the bike has fallen. No insight. Maybe good for simple minor repairs. But more complex repairs should be done elsewhere. The man always knows everything better. Impossible.

Very nice, fast service, nothing is turned on here, but a realistic solution is found!
