Hornet bike shop

Incredibly rude owner. Not sure how the business can survive when they treat customers this way! Avoid!

DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP, AVOID AT ANY COSTS. For a flat tire, he insisted that I have to change the entire wheel and inner tube for 40€ and 2 days work. I went back after he changed because I realised the wheel is twisted and breaking. He accused me that I had an accident and accused me of lying and started shouting and throw the bike outside!!! I went to the police but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. There are many shops around in Ludwigshafen and Mannheim. Please save your money and dignity, don't encourage this kind if behaviour and avoid this guy. I will celebrate when he goes out of business which I am certain will be very soon.

Very very disappointing!! Owner is a nightmare

The worst service ever!

Whenever something needs to be done on our bikes or spare parts are needed ... I feel in good hands here. Even if friendliness is admittedly not the strong point, but I can handle that.
