My wife bought a bike from you. It later found that the front wheel tube was folded up because it was several inches larger. the hose kept losing air because of the folds, but when I took the hose out, I was very surprised. The bike has two other quirks. My wife would have preferred to buy a bike from Aldi, they run without problems and are much cheaper. A good idea to bring the bike back to business. Clear. But how should I do that?!?! The front wheel was removed, the hose removed. A bike like that doesn't work anymore and doesn't fit in my car. It's not a bun. You trust your mechanics. I trust my eyes. I only wish that something like this won't happen to other customers. Thank you. All the best to you.
