Great bike shop with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. My bike was repaired quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

After my red deer crumbled in the forest and no MTB shop in Heidelberg dared or wanted to trust a red deer, I ended up at Rad Künzler in Mannheim. I couldn't have done better. Absolutely friendly, reliable, fast and priced right. Anytime again and my next red deer will definitely come from Mannheim.

Totally rude, indignant employees. My bike was rejected for repair, the employees seem overloaded and don't communicate that well.
