Always happy! Competent, fast, friendly and inexpensive compared to others. Was there 3 times in a period of 2 years for inspection and one or the other renovation. I can't recommend this shop to anyone, I had Schwalbe tires fitted, but had very good mountain bike tires with a thick provil on them that he didn't give me back or offset them. But now he's shot the bird. I brought my older Scott bike over there and asked if they needed mudguards and a luggage rack, they said yes, I asked if they could still adjust my brakes then I would leave the bike there would be ok that would cost 30 € I can do it get in 3 days. After 3 days I asked by phone if it was ready, but no. After 3 call and wait a week the time had come. I arrived at the shop and wanted to pick up the bike, the mudguards were bent, there was no luggage rack on it, the brakes were worse than before then I was told there would be a clack in the rear rim, I asked what it was that got it I said the axle was cracked so you have to take a look at it cost 45 € I said no, thank you, but I rode my bike to them there was nothing, no clacking and nothing at all, then the owner aggressively yelled at me to believe in something she that we would have broken the axle. I said how much money you get, he said 30 €, I then said it was 30 € for everything with the porter, then he yelled again and said to his employee ask her 25 € and waved my hand out of the shop and closed the door that was previously on. I've never come across anything so cheeky and outrageous in my whole life, the owner and again someone with shoulder-length dark hair who are so cheeky that there is no longer the rest of the people who work in this shop are very nice I'm sorry you have to work on something like that. I can't ride my bike, I have to expect the axle to break. My bell was broken too and the panel where you can see what kind of gear is in the bike can no longer be attached. I don't know what happened to the bike.

Some time ago I had my bike repaired because of several problems. Among other things, the brakes should be adjusted but after driving home I realized that this was not done. Fees were debited anyway. The manager is nice but the staff are rude.

Super friendly. Great service I've always felt well advised! The repair was always quick and inexpensive! I am extremely satisfied and can only warmly recommend the workshop!
