I was in for a job interview many years ago. Otherwise, the tower is not open to the public. Nice bright offices with good visibility. It's worth it to go around. The architect's office Speer in Frankfurt designed the building. The architects dynasty Speer has its roots in Mannheim and here still other buildings created.

This is the view from the 13th floor. Modern office building with a very good canteen.
