Staff very unfriendly and conversations are not properly conducted with the customers. Although you needed help, you were referred to 2 weeks later because there is better staff. Nothing to recommend

"The bike" is absolutely recommended! Everything is just right! The personal advice is unbeatable - you can try it out and test drive it until the optimal bike is found. Personal ideas are dealt with and there is nothing left to be desired - competent advice and recommendations are also given when it comes to accessories and equipment !! The inspections are also uncomplicated, quick and to the fullest satisfaction. Keep it up! We always recommend you out of conviction!

I expected more from a bike shop in the immediate area with an actually very good reputation. In the beginning I was given very good advice, but unfortunately I was put off until next year because there would probably be no more deliveries this year. But since I didn't want to wait that long, I called the Cube Store in Nordhausen. A delivery had just been received there. The extremely friendly and competent employee then arranged for my desired bike to be set up for the next day, set up and ready for collection. This also happened completely smoothly and with absolute competence. I thought that at least I would go to my local bicycle dealer for the add-on parts that I still wanted, for the inspections and any adjustments. He obviously seemed to be not at all enthusiastic about it and said if I could pay for the inspection !!!? I could also come to you, but for further information I should contact the Cube Store in Nordhausen. After this very unfriendly statement, I first had to swallow and said goodbye. Conclusion: Absolutely not recommendable and I think that's a shame. The only positive thing is that the Cube Store in Nordhausen shows that there is another way and that I was able to have different experiences. In the end, you are happy to accept the long journey, even if it is sad somewhere that something like this does not seem to be possible here.
