When I go to a real store instead of buying online I expect a friendly advice from knowledgeable staff. Here you will find neither. The sales person did not know that XL size in winter covers for bike shoes does not fit size 40 shoes. After tricking me in to buying them he failed to mention that you can not return it. Only exchange and they don’t have the size that I need. So I had to find another product of the same value. After I asked for what measurements this shirt size XS is made for , it became clear to me that I have to do the search my self. I even noticed the look of surprise on his face when I showed him the size chart that is available on the product website. Seriously, go out of business already with this attitude.

Sorry, but the description of the owner is completely wrong. There was only one customer in the shop who picked up his racing bike after the service. After that I was alone in the shop, no other customer came and due to the previous company holidays, Starcycles could not be reached by phone to make an appointment. Even after I left the shop frustrated, only the seller was there.

We have already picked up our second Desiknio here. The bikes are just great and worth every euro. We use them every day for work. I would also like to highlight the good advice here. We would have been willing to spend more money on the Pinion 12-speed gearshift. We were advised not to do so due to our driving habits and needs. My wife was advised to use the lighter and significantly cheaper derailleur gears for a bike that was as light as possible, and I took the 9-speed Pinion with the belt. You could have made a lot more money from us here, which I find extremely fair and rare nowadays. Thank you very much and gladly again!
