Specialized Concept Store Hamburg

The best decision of my life was definitely to buy a Specialized bike. The shop is very central, the staff is extremely competent and friendly, the bikes are just great. Kudos to everyone there! I would buy Specialized again and again. You feel like you're in good hands !!

It's amazing what the Specialized crew has built here. No Saturday in the city center without going to the store and “dreaming” a little. And of course the service was great when you bought the Tarmac Pro!

A place that you won't find anywhere else in Hamburg or far beyond! Here cycling is loved and lived as it is otherwise only said. The independent bicycle dealer Concept-Cycles Hamburg is a premium partner of the world-famous brand Specialized and an expert for perfectly fitting bicycles of all kinds. The employees love to talk to each other about bike tours, bike races, bikepacking, MTB, e-bikes, gravel (i.e. driving on unpaved roads and paths) in order to find out. what type of bike woman / man is. And with the individual adaptation of the bike (stem length, handlebar width, saddle type and width) to your own needs and the possibility of professional RETÜL bike fitting, a bike becomes MY bike for me. I've been a customer since 2013, have all my bikes serviced in the workshop and have now also equipped my family with Specialized bikes here. My 9 year old daughter loves the shop and is always looking for a racing bike in her size :-). For the most part, I have had very good experiences here, received excellent advice and always provided extremely transparent information. The fact that sometimes a little waiting time has to be brought along is due to the popularity of the shop with other cycling friends. I can always pass the waiting time and plan my next project. I'm an absolute Specialized fan. There are many great bike shops, brands, and manufacturers out there. I like this one the best of all. Find out for yourself and get your own impression. it may very well be that you disagree. but it can be much more likely that you will find cycling even cooler afterwards than before ;-).
