Great customer service... I was not a customer looking to buy anything expect borrow a pump to pump up the tires on my baby's stroller... The gent at the store obliged immediately with a cherry disposition. If that's how they treat non-customers then I'm sure a traditional customer would be in great hands!

Moin, I became a customer of xyz. In addition to the special bicycles that make the shop attractive, I was particularly pleased with how I deal with myself as a customer. There was always a flexible response to requests when building the bike, individual solutions were offered, found and the communication was highly professional! In the end, a product was created that convinced with the highest processing quality. After several test drives, I decided on the Caro Bike (longjohn). You can swim swiftly in Hamburg's bicycle traffic even without e-support for such a large bike. And the best thing about it is that it is a pleasure to drive with it. Best regards
