Excellent service.
Great service!
I have always benefited from great service so far! I was just there with my broken tire and even though my schedule was full, the tire was changed immediately. Great service and thank you very much!
Advice and service are at a high level here. Before buying an e-bike, there is detailed advice, several test drives are offered if necessary and the team of employees is competent, friendly and motivated.
Those interested in buying should know that the initial inspection after 400km costs just under 90 € - on the one hand, to correctly document the workshop performance and, on the other hand, because the workshop has been "outsourced" as a separate profit center. In my opinion, this procedure is unusual.
Manufacturers and dealers attach great importance to an initial inspection in order to avoid problems with the warranty.
A technically new wheel is tested: sometimes screws have to be retightened, sometimes a gearshift or brake readjusted. The scope of the inspection does not correspond to that of a large inspection after several thousand kilometers.
Until now, this service was free of charge for me as a customer when I bought my bike. A free initial inspection is sustainable for dealers and customers due to a long-term relationship.
