Not helpful, not friendly.

Nice little bike shop in St. Georg, close to the Alster. Fast and well organised service, good selection of good quality bikes (3 friends of mine all bought their bikes there on my recommendation and couldn't be happier... I got mine there, too) and spare parts, very friendly service and advice...

I needed some help with my cycle shoes and keeping the cleats attached to them. The lady was great and after using my google translate tool she helped me with my problem. Taking the time to ensure that my cleats were fixed properly to me shoe and all for no fee. I asked them if they wanted anything for the service and 3 coffees was their fee. I couldn't recommend them enough and I am very greatfull to them for their invaluable help.

In my life I now know two unfriendly people: The french fries woman in the Osnabrück cafeteria and here in the bike shop. Underground unfriendly. I can only confirm the reviews on the rudeness. I almost don't care about the quality of the work - friendliness doesn't cost anything.
