Rented an ebike from these guys while on a weekend in Hamburg. Staff could not be more helpful, I dealt with a guy named Nart. Would definitely recommend.
Really Nice staff. Helpsome and friendly... the bike was sublime (e-bike with cargo).. we drove the entire Big Lake with all the huge houses and mansions, which was delightfull and rather unrealistic without a bike.. perfect trip! Only good stuff about this place of rentals..👌✌️

We were there spontaneously because we had no idea about the size of the bikes on the Internet. If you know it is very easy online. But that's what makes the friendly advice so special.
