Unfortunately not to be recommended!
The bicycle repair shop did score plus points with the quick repairs. However, my (new) rim attachments were exchanged without prior agreement. When asked why this was done, it was quite complacent: "We do that in 9 out of 10 cases and it only costs 2.50 per rim attachment."
If the exchange is made in 9 out of 10 cases, then it is proper to include exactly that in the repair agreement and thus in the question of costs and let the customer decide whether he / she wants it or not! Something like that is just really annoying. Especially since no one is in the mood for another exchange. People prefer to pay reluctantly and that is taken advantage of by the owners of the bicycle station.
Furthermore, I was not offered either the "old" rim attachments or the one undamaged casing to take back with me as future spare parts.
We received very good advice and were given a fair price.

It was very friendly, but didn't want to look at my bike because I didn't buy it there and e-bike. So useless (for me).
