Rude and bad service. A purchased bicycle had a defect (belt torn) after just 2 years and 3 weeks. Of course, no goodwill from Bergamont because the guarantee has expired. The idea that an expensive Bergamont bike should last a little longer than 2 years doesn't seem to arise. In the end, the paid repair was still inadequate because the new belt was not inserted correctly. If possible I would give it 0 stars.

Died for me
I bought a Revox 10.0 from a dealer in Switzerland almost two years ago. Since then I've been to the workshop about 10 times because the gear shift slips again and again on the hardest gear. Various parts were partly replaced. at my expense, without resolving the problem. On my last visit I got the tip to go to another workshop. When I emailed Bergamont, I got the same "tip".
I don't think such a "customer understanding" is acceptable !!!
I will not recommend the Bergamont brand or the dealer (Bike Trendshop Gertsch, Rapperswil)!
No advice and what you want is not available anyway. Multiple purchases elsewhere at the end ...
