Very friendly and top service. Dropped by without an appointment and needed some help with my gear. It was fixed in 1 min by one of the employees 👌🏻

Loved their honest service!!! Got here with what I thought was a broken bike and during the check they actually ended up fixing it and they didn’t ask me to pay but said I should come back if it turned out the bike had still the problems I thought it had.

I came into the store because it was dragging my front wheel. The employee said it was due to the brakes, they had to be readjusted and the brake cables replaced. When I came to the repair appointment by bike, another, second employee was there who apparently did not know anything about my appointment. He crumpled up the piece of paper I brought with me and wrote a new one. He did not keep the pick-up date agreed with the original employee and sent me away when I wanted to pick up the bike. When I couldn't pick it up for a few days because of a trip I had previously discussed, the second employee threatened to charge me a storage fee of one euro per day, which I had never mentioned before. When I picked up the bike, the front wheel was still dragging. When I complained about this, the employee grabbed my bike, let it thunder down the step in front of the shop and took a test ride. He then announced that the front wheel was not dragging and that he never wanted to see me as a customer again. The front wheel is still dragging and clearly! So I paid 32 euros without solving the problem. The tone of the second employee was consistently aggressive and unfriendly. Not recommendable!

... from the general rental conditions: V. Liability 2. The renter must return the bike in the same condition in which it was taken over. The lender understands by this: in a well-cleaned condition - not me. A cleaning fee would be more practical. V //, last sentence: E-bikes must be returned fully charged. A little bit unreal! Just imagine: you rent the bike for a day, have a nice long tour and then have to connect the battery to the power for another 6 hours. How should you then return the bike on time? You can recharge quickly and easily in the store after returning it overnight ... But the e-bike was good, as was the price: hence everything paletti. Communication with Mr. Reck is difficult.

Unfortunately, my request for a small repair on the bottom bracket of my e-bike (German direct sales) was refused on the phone, with the remark that "this brand" is not made. I received immediate and courteous help from a well-known specialist dealer nearby, so that I could continue my bike tour after 15 minutes. Too bad.
