Humiliating/Demütigend
Sadly I had a very bad experience with one of the persons there. He lie to me several times, he denied to help me which could led to an accident (due that I brought from them a kid bike seat but when I was assembled it I trapped the brakes wire, I realised when I tried to stop in the traffic lights)
He was rude, he kept asking me to come back because he was to busy, I asked him for a specific day and time to be clear; when I went he wasn’t there because he had a doctor appointment and nobody knew anything about the missing part, the part that he told me there was going to be ready for that specific day.
I’m so disappointed, sad and angry....
Why does he work in a place like that? Was just me? It was just bad luck?
Something so simple turn to be a horrible experience.

After my attempt at self-help did not work as expected, I took professional advice from Cycle Point. I was immediately given very friendly advice and a solution to my problem was found immediately. I was able to pick up my bike after only an hour. All at an extremely fair price!
