Today I went to Fahrradladen Speiche St. Pauli to fix my broken bike back tire. After left my bike at this shop for 30 minutes I picked up the bike and I payed the price that I agree with Rainer (24 euros). Unfortunatly after riding my bike for 2 kilometers (!!!) the same tire was broken again. Problem not solved. I called Rainer and after walk for 1 hour under the rain with my bike I went again to his shop and he asked me to pay more 55 euros (!!!) to fix again what I call "his bad service". I left the shop without my money (24 euros) and without a fixed bike. He refused to fix it without the payment of more 55 euros. This is just unbelievable nowadays. I don t recommend this shop at all. I lost my money and Rainer wasn t able to solve this simple problem. I m feeling completely betrayed. Very sad this situation.

Had the feeling to be not wanted at all. I was served so rude that after 10 minutes I preferred to go back with my broken bike.

I had to look for a new bike shop in St. Pauli because my old one has closed. Was there for the first time today because my gear shift was defective and the brakes had to be overhauled. Incredibly friendly and competent owner who knows exactly what he's doing. Incidentally, the bike was ready to be picked up after 90 minutes and drives like new again - crazy! :) So if you see a bike shop or want to try another one, go to the "Speiche", it couldn't be better !!!

Mega nice and fast! I'm super happy. My bike needed new brake pads and everything was ready in less than 20 minutes! Price was right too! If there is anything again I will come again, thank you very much !!!!!
