One of my favorite bike shops in Hamburg. They were always very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my unusual requests.
The staff was extremely helpful and was able to help when I needed a repair while on tour. Although they were quite busy they still made time to make sure that I was able to continue riding. Highly recommended.
My saddle tube was stuck in the bike frame.
Went to this store and they told me the bike can't be fixed and I have to throw it away (obviously trying to make me to buy a new bike from them).
Went to a store 100m away from this one and had my bike fixed for 16€.
I was 2 times at the store to repair my flat tire..both times they told me they cant repair it.Even i asked to repair it myself they told me not with our tools..Like why are you even open?
