Bad service. One of the employees extremely rude, offensive and unrespectful to foreigners. Humiliating people over broken german and taking advantage
My saddle tube was stuck in the bike frame.
I went to 3 different bike stores and they all told me to throw the bike away because it can't be fixed.
Went to this one and had it fixed (for a very good price as well).
Highly recommend this place.
I always need spare and wear parts and always get everything at good prices, even unusual things. Only last week brake pads for a 7-year-old disc brake: one handle, and whack, there they are. Never disappointed in 10 years - not even with service. Staff tried very hard.
The employees found a spare part that was no longer available / produced for me - two other shops had turned me away. This service is great! Thank you for the nice service, I'll be back.
Professionnel, helpful and ultra friendly. The products are a bit more expensive than online, but I prefer to support such shops and the service is simply unbeatable. I come at least once a year and get my bike in top shape.
I cannot agree with the previous comment. I am Peruvian and I always get detailed advice, even if I don't buy anything.
