Schulterblatt bikes has an outstanding customer service. Usually they are able to repair your bike within hours and not weeks as other more typical old school german places. My girlfriend now goes to this place instead of her old bike shop. Prices are within standard. Possible to buy second hand bicycles for a fair price.

Personally, I don't go back there and I advise everyone to go to another store. Actually quite nice, but very poor performance and way too expensive. I have no idea how the place is doing ...
