Gökhan did a great job replacing my brakes— my bike feels safer than ever. Super nice guy too! My new bike store in Hamburg.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience! I took it to be repaired because my brakes locked up. Instead of the brakes, something was changed on the gearshift (although the gearshift was not mentioned on the repair certificate), so that not only did the brake not work, but the gearshifting was also broken. I would never leave my bike here again!

I bought a great new bike here two weeks ago and the owner advised me very kindly and patiently. A few days later, my husband brought his bike in for repairs and everything was great! Highly recommended!

The brake pads and the Bowden cable + hose on our bike were renewed and adjusted. The repair was carried out directly and the bike could be picked up again 30 minutes later. The staff were very friendly. Price was 30 € with us. We are very satisfied with the service, price and the repair result and will definitely go there again with the next repair.
