A decision that is so incomprehensible the authority has closed LPT for good reason why the OVG is now overturning this decision I don't know. There can be no justification from the court that it is under new management and the operator is the same and why are animal experiments carried out at all during this time there is only one reason. Greed for profit and the infinite indifference towards the animals as they die miserably after the attempts. And that in the name of research Man can also research in a different way without defenseless animals having to lose their lives for it. And the OVG anticipates a decision by the LPT without first waiting for the outcome of the criminal proceedings against LPT and that should be right ??? Not in life. Animals were previously a thing, now they are no longer a thing but then treated as a thing a contradiction in itself. And the Hamburg Senate, where the Greens and the SPD govern, have betrayed animal welfare. Not a figurehead for Hamburg but animal welfare and animal welfare are of the lowest priority in Germany and have no lobby. We all have to take to the streets and protest against it because we are all the people and not the OVG.

How can such a judgment be made? The staff is changed, the image is spruced up, a few promises made and the ruble rolls back into the LPT owner's pockets. Animal experiments are allowed again.
