Regarding the so-called jurisprudence there, I can only say that neither laws are applied, nor are witnesses correctly and objectively questioned. In a lawsuit for serious consumer damage in a real estate loan with Commerzbank, this was initially correct by the judge, Dr. Seiffert, judged, although everything was clearly proven in writing. It is not known why witnesses who committed criminal offenses had to be questioned at all. It's ghastly. The law of the Federal Court of Justice clearly states that at least more than 2.4% of the nominal value of a consumer loan must be in arrears before a termination by the bank is legally binding. It's creepy when not even the simplest laws are applied. I had financed my home loan with hard-earned money during and after my studies.

Proposals to prove that I was a pretty woman and that I was a victim at the UKE and went to emergency clinic and forensic medicine twice were rejected! The cleaning lady tried aggressively to push in with her car when I left the ladies toilet! Didn't accept that!
