This judiciary in this country is the very last thing. The judges' decisions no longer have anything to do with law and order, but according to their mood and daily form. The judiciary is so overloaded. By the time something is decided here, some people have already died.
Except for costs, you really have nothing to expect here.
There are legitimate doubts on my part whether you can ride a bike at least.
In the contact procedure, an appointment is to be arranged within a month in front of a family judge - I've been waiting at Sievekingplatz for 14 weeks now - outcome uncertain. At first, the responsible (district) district court could not be determined because the mother had blocked the registration address (actually, in that case the court has the task of determining the registration address itself). When this was finally known, it took 2 months to schedule a negotiation, that would have been today. My lawyer and I appeared (from Mannheim 6 hours return and 6 hours return), but not the opposite party or the judge (who apparently got notified). Why did the appointment fail today? No idea, as the business room was / is not occupied at the specified time (9-12 a.m.) and no one picks up the phone during office hours (9-12 a.m.!).
Addendum: Upon request, the State Councilor, Ms. Günther, explained that the delay in the handling was due to the retirement of a judge and the late appointment of a successor. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to determine in retrospect why the date change from 14 weeks (provided for by law is 4 weeks) to 18 weeks only the mother and her lawyer were informed of before the date change.
In the trial, which then took place in the 18th week, the judge, who also "sent" the date change, made it clear at the very beginning that father and child would only deal with her accompanied by the youth welfare office, which had a waiting list of 7 weeks. She refused any private institution that the father would have paid for in full (!) And that could have carried out the accompanied handling immediately. I was so intimidated that I didn't dare to ask the question why fathers are only allowed to have accompanied treatment under general suspicion.
Why the law provides for an appointment within 4 weeks in the event of refusal to deal with the matter, but the Hamburg district court makes it 18 weeks to the appointment and a further 7 weeks waiting time for the ordered attendance - if the father does not have a criminal record or is not struck by any threats or violence a mystery to me. The children no longer know one after 25 weeks caused by the court (and 8 more weeks before you have requested an appointment in court) and the real meaning of the law - to prevent the alienation of one parent from the child - is taken by the Hamburg district court here led to the absurd.
Is the district court at Sievekingplatz actually aware of its role in society? To resolve ongoing breaches of the law as quickly as possible by clarifying the legal situation - thereby reducing suffering - and treating people without discrimination before, during and after the court hearing?
My experience at Sievekingplatz - unfortunately no!
The opening hours of the Hamburg Insolvency Court have been since January 1, 2020

As you can see, many negative reviews with one star have been made here in their comments, but many have been condemned, and they can all be rightly forgiven. No matter. I'm in bankruptcy there. Itself blame.
