Since I was not allowed to get to know all the judges here, I would like to start by saying that hopefully it is just a black sheep:
Judge X was neither punctual nor professional:
- Judges are probably allowed to be late 15-20 minutes without notice or subsequent apology (the missing time is by no means added to the end.) The cigarette MUST be finished and the coffee MUST be drunk.
- X comes into the meeting completely unprepared.
- X jokes with one of the lawyers and often lets his personal "opinion" shine through.
- X becomes personal when she doesn't really understand what one of the lawyers is summing up for her.
If I were not a spectator, but one of the participants, I would have thought about whether this person would actually judge impartially and exclusively objectively. I don't think so.
I've seen other judges. I think X has completely missed the calling.
Was there today because of a lawsuit and was received very nicely and without an appointment.
The receptionist sent me to the floor responsible for me and didn't have to wait 5 minutes for my turn.
The employee who was responsible for me was very nice, very competent and helped me immediately and even made me aware that I have even more demands than expected.
The lawsuit was drafted, and half an hour later I was out again.
I can only pass on good things and free parking spaces are also available.
This is how you wish every visit to the authorities.
Clear discrimination against employees.
One submits 14 days before the appointment personally documents (post office) and at today's appointment, the judge has nothing. Sloppy work for a "court". I give everyone the advice by registered mail to the court to send and bring everything to the appointment again and to present the judge everything in full.
1 star too much
Very bad disadvantage for employees with regard to a generally applicable home office regulation, i.e. the possibility of being able to work extensively from home and, of course, on the go, which in return also leads to the disadvantage of the team and the company as well as the economic cycle in general is. It has been proven that employees are significantly healthier when they are allowed to work from home and, overall, have more freedom in the way they do their work.
In my own case, this is also a form of intentional bullying, it was clearly demonstrable that I had already worked on the first contact and preparatory work in the acquisition of new and existing customers in a few days. Four initial contacts had already been made with well-known potential new customers for the company collectAI, a subsidiary of OTTO, and I had taken over sixteen contacts in consultation with colleagues for the acquisition and business development in the company's interest.
Just because I supposedly didn't have enough consultation about the work from my home office in one day, I was suddenly given a so-called termination after only three weeks with the company.
The responsible judge, Ms. Cotinho, probably of Portuguese origin, was unable to stand up for this behavior, which is seriously violating human rights, in the interests of workers and businesses, and the economy in general. However, there is a form of bullying, which is also subject to compensation !!
Shame yourself.
