In several unjustified short-term terminations of employment, which means a violation of human rights and fundamental rights, in addition to the damage caused to me, and indirectly also to my son, my family continues to try to bill me for court costs, although I have been demonstrably earning at or below the ALG II wage level for four years, which means serious willful damage on my part. It is also punishable under § 628! Shortly thereafter, I was still a single parent, and anyway had financed everything for both of us alone, despite permanent underpayment since at least 2008 !! Also, this is a criminal offense and liable for damages. I have protected the team with my excellent work and brought the company economic success. Rather, such a misconduct is sanctioned. This is shameful for these labor courts in Hamburg!

Nice canteen have the ... civilian prices and friendly staff. For that I would give 5 google stars. But I do not have a good relationship with the Landesarbeitsgericht (Chamber of Shipping). Years ago I sued there in the second instance ... and lost. Lost because you did not want to or could not follow my good arguments. Therefore, there are only 1 Google star for the LAG Hamburg.
