Very good advice even when you call before ordering. Delivery on time exactly as agreed. Very well packaged. Building the bike works intuitively without any problems. Can not only recommend Zweirad-Hannss, but also the folding bike Pegasus D7A Low.

Had the third flat tire on my Rohloff bike this year. Always in the back, of course. Asked for an appointment for a tube change. An appointment was offered in 10 to 14 days. Otherwise I would like to look for another bicycle storage facility. I will probably do it. I bought the bike from HANNSS a few years ago.

What is the answer to another negative review? No matter where the bike was bought and no matter what make it is, do you try to repair the bike or obtain any spare parts? Unfortunately, the complete opposite was the case today. When we were repairing the first e-bike, we mentioned that we had a second one, which occasionally gives us grief. We were then offered to present it on occasion, maybe a solution will be found. No sooner said than done, today was the perfect opportunity. After the bike suffered a flat tire today (the x-en), we wanted to present it in Preetz today. And it took a lot of effort to have the bike (by the way a very heavy cargo bike) delivered to the store in Preetz. When we arrived there, we were told that it was a third-party brand or some manufacturer that was not taken care of. Ok, maybe you want to keep your hands off the technology or have other reasons, who knows. So far everything is ok, maybe better, but as I said ok. What is not ok, however, is the way the customer is looked after, one had the impression that there was absolutely no interest in solving the problem. Even better; Left standing alone and grumbling to himself what to do now to get the flat thing back home (I mention the weight again, I would also like to mention that we had the bike delivered by a friend because he had it with his car was able to transport much better. But it had to continue after delivery and was already gone, I mention the modest weather at the same time), came in a rather snotty tone, it is not their problem and somehow we have the thing get here too. Everyone can now form their own opinion on this. Before being left standing alone in the shop you could still hear yourself standing in the way, you felt completely out of place with the thing, you could almost say unintentional. There just seemed to be no interest in solving the problem, the argumentation not entirely comprehensible and the customer contact more than questionable. After we were completely satisfied with the first repair, it was the second and last time here today, a shame ... ADDITIONAL AS YOU CANNOT ANSWER AGAIN First of all hello Mr. Hannss, in fact, it is about yesterday's incident. It is completely understandable and understandable that not everything is available around the clock or can be obtained in the shortest possible time, especially in the current situation. Waiting would have been no problem at all if a repair had been offered. The bicycle is in fact apparently a difficult model, we have also noticed that in the meantime and would have been absolutely ready to compromise, to wait and the like. Unfortunately, there was no explanation or communication in this regard. As far as the reference to the manufacturer is concerned, we were once again absolutely not satisfied with the authorized workshop (that's why we brought the other bike to you right away). You shouldn't get the impression of being used as an "emergency nail" after the others have failed, but of course I first visit the authorized workshop that is specified when I buy. As I said, they have now failed several times. As I said, that you or whoever can not work miracles in a very short time is completely clear to us, the communication in this regard went wrong. We bought two e-folding bikes from Mr. Hannss. I'll make it short ... Friendly, affordable, customer-oriented and competent. We gladly accepted a journey of over a hundred kilometers for this. Thank you again.
